Customising menues in Outlook 2000

Hi there helpful comunity!!!

In outlook open the'File' menu and then click on 'Open'.

You get a list of all the files you have opened recently (like a 'history').

Is there a way of increasing the number of items in this 'history'?

Or is it too complicated for a mere mortal like me?
