Bandwith monitor

Does somebody knows some good program which can show me my curent transfer rate (in kb/s)?
I don't want the graphical diagram, I only need a text like: DL: 20kb/s UL: 5kb/s (something like DU Meter 3.0)

Thanks

Assuming your on a network and you have Visual Basic Runtime 6 installed

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...D-CDF2D29A79D5

and your on Windows 98/ME (I can't get it to run on NT and 2000/XP already have this)

then you can download a program that mimicks the network systray icons on 2000/xp

http://www.the-innercircle.com/filedump/98-Bytes.zip

This program was made by a friend of a friend. His email is Johneboy@mindspring.com

For Windows 95:

I finally got this working on Windows 95 Version C, or OSR 2.5

Installed Visual Basic Runtime 6
Copy mscomctl.ocx to c:\windows\system (included in the above download zip file)
Run Setup98.exe and your good to go.

It will run automatically on startup because it installes the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softare\Microsoft\Windows\Curren tVersion\Run\98bytes9x "c:\windows\system\98-bytes.exe"
