dvd x copy platinum: encrypted data

I have copied most of my original dvds with no problems.
However, I have not been able to copy Toy Story 2.
I assume it is because it has a fullscreen and widescreen choice.
By using the simple form and leaving the "entire disc" unchecked,
I can copy the movie only, but I want the movie plus the extras.
Whenever I try to copy the entire disc, using the advanced, simple, or rescue, I get the words "encrypted data" and it will not continue to copy.
Can anyone tell me how I can copy the entire disc?
What can I do to bypass the "encrypted data" problem?

I would appreciate any help anyone can give.
