Mysterious .dll file in Startup

Im running Windows 98 and when checking over my MSCONFIG I found a file that was slated for startup. The File is called IMAGE and the files path is rundll32 C:\WINDOWS\IMAGE.DLL,INSTALL. Is this a windows based .dll file or spyware etc.?

PS: Are there any sites giving all .dll files for windows??

Check your system for 'Scumware' this filename has been known to be used by a trojan horse.

try using Cwsredder. heres the site to download it.

Run it.
Check for update, if it needs to update please allow it to do so.

Click fix/next. Let it fix all if finds.
Reboot

Run it again (to be sure it worked)
