PSW..Agent.N

I ran AVG on my computer and it says that I have 3 Trojans that it can't get rid of. The first one is PSW.Agent.N which has infected my sysupd.exe file (what is this file anyway?), Dropper.Small.4.AG which has infected my System\LSTB4DRC.exe file (don't know this one either), and Downloader.Lookme.A which has infected my \Downloaded Programs\DS3.DLL file (WHAT???) I need help!!!
