public comp logged trying to install messenger

okay... my internet at home is not working right now... i need to use msn outside in library.. but they logged installing... so how do i get msn without installing it? any ideas ?? this comp is windows nt

public computers are set to be used with programs that an administrator had chosed to. this means that as a normal user u do not have sufficient rights to install new software. this helps protect boxes from malicios or unexpirienced people wich may compromise system integrity. imagine if anybody who uses that box could install all kind of stuff .... ultimately, due to heavy user installs or uninstalls ... the box will surely crash in maters of days... so admins will have to reinstall OS's... wich is a hell of a lot of work.

what u can do is to contat the admin and ask him to put massenger on.
