DVD Error 80900004

Hi,
I am running Windows ME on a 1.3 ghz 512 MB PC.
When I try to run the dvd I get the following message!

DVD ERROR
Error code 80900004
ASPI for windows not available.

Only 32- bit cd-rom driver supported
Please make sure the 32 CD-rom driver is installed.


In my system properties the performance indicates 32 bit
file system / virtual memory 32 bit.

The device manger indicates that the dvd/cd rom drive is working properly and no driver files are required.

I have not made any changes to my system since I played previous dvd's a few weeks ago.

Please offer any suggestions.
