rNeed help with AOL 9.0

My AOL restarts a lot after opeining around 10 pages or so. My internet pages memory thing is up to 100 MB so I can open a lot of pages but it restarts for some reason. I have 56K and windows ME. My adware and SSD isn't fixing it and my CW shredder isn't either. Thanks for the help. Any suggestions are appreaciated.
