Unhappy Help!!!

Ok, my dad and I have recently decided to replace the power supply, graphics card, and motherboard in it. The computer now only starts up in safe mode, how do I fix this?
It is runnying Windows 98 (second edition).

After you installed the new hardware, did you reinstall windows? You will need to do this if you want windows to recognize the new motherboard. You can change most everything else without reinstalling the operating sysem but not the motherboard and processor.

You can try installing over the old installation or going for a fresh install by which you will need a boot floppy.

If the cdrom is not detected in bios you will need to check cables, connections, and jumpers.
