uninstall 98 with win xp already in

I recently put a second hardrive into my computer and installed windows 98 on it. I had some problems with drivers for my computer so i formated it and took it out. but when i turn on my computer it still askes me which oporating system i would like to load. If i select 98 it doesn't work because i deleted all the files on that drive. How can i get rid of the screen that asks me which oporating system i would like to boot to. I only want it to boot to win xp without asking me everytime.

Start/control panel/system/advanced/startup and recovery,settings/system startup. set "time to display list of operating systems" to zero.

Default operating system = XP
