Win2000 SP3 error code in Win98SE

It is my understanding that people with Windows 2000 who downloaded SP3 recently are having various problems, including not being able to download Updates from the Windows Update site (error code: 0x800A138F).

I know someone with Windows98SE who got the same error code (0x800A138F) when going to the site.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem with either Win2000 SP3 or Win98 SE?

I have heard about this problem. We have had this problem on the network at the school I work at. Try looking at this link on Microsoft this helped us alot.
