Question Problems accepting EULA for ME because of screen resolution

okay, here's my problem...

I cannot click accept on the EULA (End-User License Agreement) because of my screen resolution... the menu is in the way. I tried clicking tab to go to where it'll highlight the dot but I cannot click it... nor press enter when it's selected. The first accept button I can press accept on but not the last. I had to install a new hard drive because my old one went down! I had purchased a 128 MB video card and made it my default card... So I'm guessing it's having to use some sort of default driver for the card, that's why the resolution is so small... The original video out (serial port) is on the computer but when I try to turn the computer on with the monitor hooked into it, the screen stays blank. What can I do? I need to be able to change the resolution but it won't let me open windows due to having to accept the license agreement.

if i am wrong , please correct me, but it looks like a HP restore cd you installed Windows ME back on your drive with...i have seen the same thing before, you can hit the Tab key, (once should put you on the accept) i dont remember if it highlights but then hit the space bar one time. that will select the option. hit the tab key 2 more time should put you on next where you can hit enter. if for some odd reason it wont let you, turn the power off and start in safe mode, you should be able to past that sceen, and install the video driver.
