TEMP file cannot be deleted?

I have a file (256 KB) in the TEMP file that will not be deleted. Nor will it allow a scan with Norton antivirus. The file is named: ZLT033d7. With the possibility that it was being used/needed by another application, I ended all but explorer and systray. Still won't be deleted.

I don't mind if it's harmless but I've been having dtrange problems lately with this box and maybe this is the problem. Does this file appear familiar to anyone? All suggestions welcome!

If it say's being used by windows cannot delete. Shut down your computer,
re-boot it and then try to delete it...that should do it.
If it's in your temp file it it is garbage..dump it.

if what Kathy says doesnt work, reboot safemode - and delete one of these ways should work, i hope. let us know how it goes.
