Internet Explorer Script Error

I'm running Win98se and IE6. I'm having problems with script errors. I ran spybot s&d and adaware and it seemed to help at first, but then i got the error again but the line changed. I even disabled script debugging and the third party option was already off. I've looked about everywhere with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this script error.
It read's as follows:

To make an update. I'm not sure what happened but I haven't gotten the scripts for a while. I did uninstall some programs that I never use like quicken basic and such and I haven't gotten a script error. I'm not sure if what I did cleared up the problem or if the webmaster fixed the error, but I'd still like to hear some solutions incase it comes back.

Ok it was gone for a while but now i'm getting it a lot more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
