Any idea what to do when you can't remember your Identity Password?

Ultimately, what I had to do was delete the Registry key for the Identity. Glad it was only a child's account as there is no way to recover the email folders!

To delete the Identity from the Registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\Identities
\{GUID}
