1+1/2 taskbar height

Hey!!! i know its very silly but my taskbar height has turned 1and half size of the original. It is not coming to its original size at all on resizing. On doubling, it becomes three times i.e. in multiples of 1and half.

I am using windowBlinds software. I was just playing a game and them suddenly my PC crashed strangely(this ner\ver ever happened on my pC)
Then when I restarted the taskbar size had turned one and half.

My system tray icons sizes have also doubled. They look very blur.

I reinstalled both WindowBlinds And Windows 98 SE.
But still it didnt help.

Can anyone help. Can I tweak the size in registry or so, but how???

Hi niranjannpai,
Can you move your mouse to the top of the Taskbar until you see a double arrow. Left click and hold then drag the bar down.

Right click on your desktop, properties, appearance, in the scroll box look for Icons and resize them.

Yes,thts what I'm saying.
whenever the double arrow comes and I increase or decrease the size of the taskbar, it increases or decreases with multiples of 1&1/2.

and in properties/appearence, I can change the size of desktop icons and not that of the system tray icons.

A trick that usually works to fix the problem you're having is to disable the Quick Launch toolbar. The Taskbar should then resize itself back to normal and then you can re-enable the Quick Launch bar (right click on and empty space on the Taskbar, point at Toolbars, click on Quick Launch to remove the check to disable, do it again to replace the check to re-enable).
