Blue screen..

I get the following blue screen message...

An exception 0D has occured at 0028:C000291C in VxD VMM(01) + 000191C. This was called from 0028:C182C1C8 in VxD voltrack(04) + 00000A18. It may be possible to continue normally.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

Edit: I'm using 98.
