I need more help. Last Resort.

Ok i posted last time about the fat files and i was told to just reformat well all the advice i got helped but now before i can reformat i need to make sure that drive a runs first when the computer starts and i was told to hold the delete key when i turned the comp. on it just goes to the startup menu like safemode and stuff i appreciate all the help thank you.

Hi, The boot order is set in BIOS Setup. Most comps tell you on one of the first screens how to get into Setup. If you don't see it try pressing DEL while booting. If that doesn't work try your manual or the makers Web Site. Luck,

MORE: They are telling you to press DEL while booting. If you are going to Windoze you are way off. Windoze won't let you format the C: drive. You should be booting from a BOOT DISK and with the floppy set as the first boot drive. If you don't have one Windoze will make one for you. Look in CONTROL PANEL, ADD/REMOVE Programs, Windows Setup. You will need a floppy. Luck Jim
