Angry wintrust.dll

My computer crashed when I tryed to unpartion it and I had to reinstall ME, but now I get a message:
x has performed an illiegal operation in WINTRUST.DLL and will now close.
(x is eather SETUP.exe, dxdiag.exe or WinVarification)
I started Dr Watson and found out the following extra infomation:
Wintrust.dll has attemped to use an uninitialized variable, it is eather trying to access a variable after freeing it or has encountered another none specific memory error.
I tried to reinstall WINTRUST.DLL from my ME disk, but it says:
Wintrust.dll is a protected file and cannot be moved, deleted or overriden.
I'm can anyone help me out?
