dual-booting one of these alongside Win98se and winxp pro upgrade

Hi!!

On my system I got one 60GB & 120GB.
First on 60 GB HD is win 98se and I partitioning it,the question is other part of partition do I have to install win98se or I can go ahead and install Windows XP pro upgrade without 98se?

Yes you can if you have the 98 install cd. More info here.
