Windows Explorer

Hi,

I am experiencing problems with Windows Explorer on Win98. When I start up the PC i get a blue screen fatal exception error 0028:FF0889E5. I click on ok and can view my desktop as per normal. When I try to explore, the explore windows freezes and i cant go any further. This is also happening with Microsoft Outlook.

Please help.

Thanks
