start up question

my sister has been given an old pc for her daughter,there are zillions of games already loaded on it,is it possible to stop them all loading when the pc is switched on.

i have xp on my pc and use msconfig to do this ,whats the solution on 98,thanks in advance.

One way would be to download msconfig for 98 here.. http://www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html
