Suddenly Can NOT OPEN SAVE OR DOWNLOAD any Files or Programs.

I have enough disk space, and have deleted unnecessary temp files, cookies etc. so do not suggest that. I am going insane over this one. It is usually files that end with .exe, I have AOL and gone to their LIVE Techs 5 times still no resolution. PLEASE HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Are you getting any errors related to rundll32?
If these files are damaged it can prevent you from opening .exe files.

Please post any error messages you get when you try to run an executable file and i'll see what I can do.
