Multiple User Setup

Hello! Happy March!

What’s the best way (if there is a way) to have several set ups available? What I’m trying to do is have an on line set up ... with firewall, antivirus, popup blocker, Adaware, kitchen sink, bars and stars, wings, prayers, et al;

And an off line set up ... relatively “clean” for max memory processor power availability etc.

What I do now for the “clean set up” is go Cntrl Alt Del ... disable. Cntrl Alt Del ... disable. Cntrl Alt Del ... disable ... all the way home. Under the Windows Help menu ... I see nothing!! Here with a search, I find not!

Please advise!!

I suppose a person could create a different user account with each one set up the way he wants.
