Angry taskbar, what taskbar? Solved

recently I have encountered a problem with my taskbar, ie. it keeps dissapearing. This usually happens when I minimise a window or when I drag and drop something on the desktop.
I can get it back again by opening one of the icons on the desktop but this is a real pain.
I ran the drwatson system diagnosis program and it does say in there:
If the Taskbar is behaving strangely, try exiting INSTANTACCESS.E.
Module Name: INSTANTACCESS.E
I do have an instantaccess program that loads on startup. Is this the program drwatson is refering to and does anyone know what instantaccess actually does?
Thanks.

your computer isnt malfunctioning, u just need to open the taskbar /start menu icon located in your start menu. once u have selected it go to the part that has check boxes for things like auto hide the task bar, and un check the ones u dont like.

I had checked that auto hide wasn't on so it's not that unfortunately

I have managed to stop instant access opening at start up (seeing it was linked a Fax program i didn't need it anyway)
and it seems to have stopped.

Thx for your help and advice
