It might depend on the type of your motherboard. sometimes motherboard/video card/OS just doesn't work (unfortuneatly) but there is a few things to check. make sure you have the latest hot fixes for your OS. also you'll want to have DirectX 8.1 or later (that could very well be the problem). you could have some AGP settings in your BIOS misconfigured (try using the fail safe defaults). make sure the old driver for the old video card (or integrated or whatever) has been removed completely. and in the last and worse case scenario, flash your BIOS. there are some ideas but as i know from experience with video cards that they can be a pain in the **** and might require a fresh install. good luck!
