window protection error+ stack overlow PLEASE HELP
I am using windows Xp and 98 in a dual boot option.
My Xp works fine, but when i try to start 98 it says " windows protection error, restart"
when i press any key it says--" an internal stack overflow caused the system to be haulted, change ur stack setting in config.sys"
I tried eveythin given under MICROSOFT SUPPORT, realted to this but no luck till now.
My Xp is in c:\ and 98 in d:\
both config.sys files on each drive is EMPTY. Even after adding some stack values it dint work.
Can some1 please help me , il really appreciate it.
