Change In Daylight savings time

Is there a patch for WIN98 2nd ed for the change in dates of daylight savings time??

I doubt it. Official support for the Windows 98 family ended June 2006 so it's unlikely Microsoft will release any more fixes for it.

You'll find on the CD:

E:\win98SE_CD\tools\reskit\config\tzedit.exe

execute this file and edit the properties for the TZ that you're in.

That should do the trick.

If you do not have access to the ResourceKit and wish to download the utility from MS FTP site, or just plain don't wish to use a simple utility (your druthers being doing it the Cool Guy way manually by creating a REG file that can be merged into your registry, or editing the registry outright manually, or create autostart files for batch fixes on a network), then go to:

TZedit worked great. I ran it Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning the clock had been updated. Thanks.
