win 32 application

Question win 32 application

when i download a certain files....i will get an error message that it cannot be open because it is not a win 32 application. How can i fix this or why does it do this?

I am going to say that in my experience, every time it happened to me, the download was corrupted. try downloading again and see what happens.

Some files are needed to be used in DOS. What files are they? And are they needed for anything specific?
