Outlook Express, Deleting identity completely?

I was @ work today, and was asked if I can setup an e-mail account via outlook express. I use to sit @ the desk where the e-mail is needed. Before I was moved, I had removed Outlook express and deleted the folder under program files. And that ended up corrupting the whole install of O.E... I didn't care since I no longer was going to sit there.

To my surprise, when I downloaded I.E. 6 along with O.E, my account was restored with password and everything! I was like wtf, I thought it was secure.

So I went into the registry under Current/Users and went all the way to internet accounts and deleted the entry that contain my info.

My question is, how do I ensure I deleted all my traces of my account? I took that registry entry out, what else can I do?

THX
