OK i have looked everywere about my Sound Drivers,
To be honest i have no clue what they are and why they are not working,

Just one day about 3 - 4 months ago it stoped working and i have never been able to get it back working,

What i have in Device manager

Sound, Video and Game Controllers

gameport Joystick
MPU-401 Compatible
Wave Device for Voice Modem

i have removed all of these and reinstalled them
I have searched everything for new drivers to try and reinstall

Everything i have done nothing has worked,
I head to media player and it gives me the error that there is no sound drivers or already in use,

There is no sound icon in the task bar, and the checked box in Sound propertys does not give me this option (its grayed out)

At the moment it is selected on use any avalible devices.
when i change this it still does not give my any new options

an anyone help please, am going spare here lol

Thanks
Dave
