I erase my multimedia audio controller

I have seen to erase my Multimedia Audio controller. Can some on help please. Here is the discription of my computer


Operating System System Model
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (build 2600) Dell Computer Corporation Dimension 2300 A02

Processor a Main Circuit Board b

This is the audio driver from Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...3&fileid=54115

Your audio plugs must be on the I/O plate for this driver to work, if you use an expansion slot then you have a Sound Card installed, see here, click the image to focus

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
