Hi Itake it you have a modum installed. if so then you need a disk from ISP supplier like BT,sUPANET ETC. plug in your computer to phone line insert CD AND FOLLOW INSALL INSTRUCTIONS, ONCE DONE IT WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO SHUT DOWN AND RESTART ITSELF ONCE THIS IS DONE THEN YOU ARE READY TO GO,

Hope this helps you.

Thanks. I managed to get a new dial up number using the dial up wizard on my Windows Me.
I am on MSN and I just wanted to use their number to connect to the internet without going to MSN and getting the "good morning" or "goodbye".

My stepdad did something like that with MSN once a while back. He had to call up support and they gave him some crazy way of doing it without having to install the MSN software.

It is actually quite easy to set up a dial up number once you know the proper way to input the information. I have a dun now and I downloaded Firefox, so I am running free of the bloated MSN software.
