98se IR STARTUP QUESTION
Good Day all,
I have built in working IR on my machine. It works great, except if I boot without IRMON as a startup item. Infrared Monitor is still in control panel and enabled. But regardless, if I right-click and Send TO Infrared Recipient, I get a null result. Why must IRMON run at startup for Infrared Transfer to work?
