Dell Latitude D610 Windows system 32 problems

After starting computer a pop says cannot find " C:/ WINDOWS/system32/msrxomhl.exe" When trying to get the internet pop box with open with appears, click the right program, does not open. tried to run norton virus same thing, tried malwarebytes same problem, tried system restore same box opens, same, tried to view system information box says" C:/WINDOWS/system32/rundl32.exe application not found. Went to window files andsytem 32 files there. Have any ideas?

Well, since you've got the only copy of that file (msrxomhl.exe) on the entire web (lol)

... you've either misspelled the name, or got a neat virus (which isn't there any more, if you can't find the file, so don't panic

). Disable it by running msconfig (Startup tab) from the Start Menu, Run... Or delete it from the Registry; should be under teh key @
