Missing drivers

I am trying to install a web cam on my computer and I keep on getting messages that I am missing certain drivers and to insert the WIN 98 cd-rom, but it can not find the missing drivers on the disk. Any suggestions what to do?

what webcam have you got? and it should of come with its own drivers

the webcam is : IEWCOM and for some reason, it doesn't have the driver, it keeps on saying install the missing drivers from the Win disk.

98 by default , does not install support for some devices and needs the windows 98 cd to add the components needed by some applications such as web cams, sound cards, lan card ect.....
if you have the 98 cd drop it in, or a format and recovery disk that comes with a pc will do the same, if the files do not install automatically after putting in the disk, and clicking ok, on the popup windows that comes up , just change the address from Possibly A:\ to example D:\win98 then click ok it should find the files it needs, substitue your cd drive's letter for D if it is any other.
