printing problem

A friend of mine is running ME and when she tries to print an e-mail she has received it will not print.At present I have instructed her to check that the printer is set up correctly.anyone ant more suggestions as to the cause of this?

will it print everything else, if so what email client do they use??

Hi Known Criminal,my friend uses yahoo hotmail as her e-mail client and assures me that the printer performs normally in other programs.regards pcfanatic.
