C-Dilla

Please can somebody help me?? This C-Dilla license management rpogram has installed itself on my computer and spybot keeps picking it up. If this program is not a problem, fine however i have been having a ridiculous number of popups recently when online hence spybot - is C-Dilla behind this and if so what do i do about it?

if spybot is picking it up, but not removing it, try rebooting in safe mode and run the scan, if this dont work, try adaware, when downloaded, and installed, click the check for updates, make sure you have the latest refference files, and scan. if no results from these two suggestions, may want to look in add remove see if it is listed there, then look for startup files for it in msconfig.
