Weird internet slow typing letters not appearing instantly

I'm back .Only a new problem's emerged I strongly suspect a virus is delaying me from typing online Currently all efforts to find the virus using a checker has proven to be fruitless.Trojan/worm finders also haven't found anything either.

Is this a virus/or is a system file corrupted?

I know this seems weird but I can't understand why its acting this way and I can only think I've been infected thru the internet

Virus can do funny stuff ,, have you scanned it for virus lately ?
