After installing Norton System Works 2004 my MSN6 was wiped out. I e-mailed MSN and got the download. It went into a file on my computer but will not work. The icon is on my desktop but doesn't do anything. The program folder for MSN only had the shortcut in it. MSN6 also is listed in the add/remove in "my computer". Norton says it's a MSN problem. MSN keeps sending the same info each time .
Anyone have an answer?? I would love to have my folders and favorites back.
