Problems after (unsuccessfully) defragmenting
HISTORY OF CURRENT PROBLEM: I tried defragmenting disks by going into Run, msconfig and deselecting everything under Selective Startup but defragmenting still never went beyond 10%. Went back and selected Normal Startup and rebooted. Everything seems back to how it was if I return to Run, msconfig, BUT (CURRENT PROBLEM): Whole system is working more slowly, often get System Not Responding Message when I try to open folders and files, AND, cannot open EarthLink TotalAccess, though I can get to internet through Internet Explorer. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
