Microsoft Word forgotten password

I hope you aren't all getting fed up of me. I have another long-standing problem:

I have been keeping a diary in Microsoft Word for several years. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the password I protected some of the documents with. Must be an age thing!

Any ideas anyone?

Just about impossible to crack the password without industry strength (£, $ ) tools.

Do a Google search using 'Word Password' it comes up with lots of hits that you may find useful.
