Error Message

I am using Windows Me and using IE 6, I keep getting this error msg only on start up.

How can I eliminate it please?

Be specific on the procedure as I am new to this.

You need to find out what this file is.

Use the W98 Find function to find the file and which application it comes with.

Once you know the application you can look at repairing or re-installing the application.
