Trojan Horse in boot-up

I have the trojan horse virus in boot-up, so it disables my Norton anti virus.....Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

What's the name of the trojan?

If you take the name of the trojan and go to google.com and do a search you will come up with some links that will explain how to remove it. also if you go here http://www.cert.org/ you can some times do some digging and find some thing on the trojan.
let us know which one it is and we will try to help more.
