Microsoft Family Logon vs Window Logon

May I know what is the difference between Microsoft Family Logon and Window Logon under Primary Network Logon under network neighborhood property? Thanks.

One is client for microsoft networks, thats for logging into a network and windows logon is for a user to log on to the computer thats not on a network
