Removing title bar text in Internet Explorer

I can't seem to make the fix work for changing the title bar in Internet Explorer. I want to remove a title that says Internet Explorer supplied by Freeserve. My registry run command won't respond to gpedit.msc to get the Explorer maintenance window up because that's for XP Pro and I am running XP Home.

Is there another way to get at the registry key to put it back to saying Microsoft Windows Explorer on the banner of the browser?

There isn't even a folder with a key marked Window Title in the tree HKEY-CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main. Anyone know how this is done?

Thanks

Start> Run> Regedit
Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Modify/Create the Value Name [Window Title] according to the Value Data listed below.
Data Type: REG_SZ [String Value] // Value Name: Window Title
Value Data: [Enter The Text Desired In Title Bar]
Exit Registry and Reboot

Though this didn't solve my problem I have found a better way around this when someone has told me on another forum to download a tweaking tool for XP called Xteq which was downloaded from I think www.xteq.com

It works a treat and has allowed me to change the Internet Explorer title to anything at the click of a button. Doesn't even need a reboot.
Thanks for your help even though it didn't work.
