Question Dialup Static DNS Change

I have several laptops running Windows 2000 that dial into our network with static settings. I need to change the static DNS addresses on them through a logon script or some other method. I have been able to change DNS entries on LAN attached computers with Netsh but not the dialup laptops. Each user has local administrator rights because the software that they run requires it. The dial up connections are named "Local Laptop Transfer" and "Long Distance Laptop Transfer".
