Internet Explorer..how to clean out searches/ pages visited

Hi everyone. I need some help trying to figure out, using Internet Explorer, how you can "clean out" pages you have visited, and searches you have done.
I am not talking about removing your history or cookies or temp pages..what I am referring to is every time you visit a page, it will remember that. Let's say you visit apple.com and if you start to type in the letter "a" apple will pop up in the address bar. It saves every page you ever have gone to. Can that be purged? Also the same for Google, or Yahoo search..everything you have searched for is still in a call up list. Can this be cleaned out as well? I've never been able to find out if this is possible. Clearing history or cookies, etc..does not do the trick.

Thanks!

You best bet is to download a small utility like in the link below
freeware
http://www.finaldownload.com/interne... _keeper.html

There are many of these programs on the net

You can do a search for "Internet privacy software" to find more

Open Internet Explorer; “Tool” -> “Internet Options”. Under the “General” tab you will see “Temporary Internet File”, and “History”. Clear both of these. You can also block cookies from various web sites. From “internet Options” go to “Privacy” then “Edit”. There are also third party utilities to help as stated above.
