Windows 2000 upload settings

I run windows 2000 on a 300 Megabits a second connection, is there anything I can do to increase my upload speed. It seems to be locked at cable speeds. Any type of editing i can do? Antthing to increase the speeds would be greatly helpfull, I run all the default settings right now.

well im not to good doing things like that , I was more hoping for a reg patch or something noob friendly
