Wake Up Pc By Scheduling

Can I Wake Up My Pc To Run A Program At An Exact Time And Date?
(like Tv Tuner Program-record A Tv Program).i Know That This Can Happen In Hibernate Mode. The Problem Is That When I Do This, Nothing Happens. My Mobo Is Qdi Kinetiz 7b. Can Anyone Knows What Is Wrong? Prefernces Of Power Managment In Bios?
